Gerry Huerth and Audua Pugh facilitate powerful workshops based on differences in worldviews, how they affect our lives, and how we interact with one other.
Our sense of self and the world emerges from each person’s culture, personal experience, history, and neurology. What we call “conflict” is different worlds contacting each other. It is not a problem but rather a creative opportunity to learn about each other. People with a similar history and culture tend to have worldviews that are more closely related.
Trauma, personal and historical experiences, and sense of self also mold our worldviews. We discuss conflict, conflict resolution, and the 4 A's of transformation.
This workshop is from a 2 hour training to an 8 hour workshop.
We can scratch the surface on the understanding of individuals with different belief systems and cultural backgrounds or dive into how individuals and communities are affected by sensitive topics.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Awareness, Acknowledgement, Attention, & Action
The 4 A's is a
Personal- Practice Model of Daily Transformation.
The focus of the 4 A's is to be intentional in thoughts and behaviors, and owning personal responsibility in all situations.
It's also, gaining the ability to understand what works, what doesn't work for "you" personally, while giving and being the best person that you can be, every second, of every minute, of every hour, of every day.
For most, the thought of eating chocolate cake for breakfast seems a bit ridiculous, not heard of, out of the box, not normal, who does that, or isn’t that for dessert?
In most cases, all those responses would be accurate but what if we want to do something different? What if we wanted to change our view? What would that look like? What if?
Living through being broken is a process of finding out what works and what doesn’t.
It’s about identifying painful situations that don’t work anymore and a painful process of removal.
To grow we must learn to identify, let go, and move through the process.
We are all different. We see and do things differently.
Our worldview is different.
But understanding that, we can agree to disagree or just disagree
is okay…it’s not fake or hatin’… It’s tolerance
To find and use your superpower, you must learn to; recognize, let go, and move through the process.
All workshops and training are offered online.
